Fiberboard screws are special fastening screws specifically designed for use with boards. Product manufacturing characteristics 

• High-quality material

It is made by one-piece forging with high-quality carbon steel, undergoes overall quenching and hardening, has sufficient hardness, and is not likely to break or slip when screwed in. It has strong load-bearing and gripping force. 

•Sunk head design

With a deep and sturdy head design, it is securely locked and fully embedded into the surface of the panel. The panel surface is flat without any protrusions, and it does not interfere with subsequent processing such as veneering and painting. 

•Sharp pointed tail + Fine threads

The edges are sharp and the screws are easy to install without much effort. The thread depth is just right, making it less likely to crack the plywood, fiberboard or solid wood when screwed in. The fit is tight and the connection is stable, ensuring a secure and non-loose fixation for a long time. 

•Multiple surface treatments are available

The processes include galvanizing and black phosphorus. The galvanized model has excellent rust prevention performance and can be used in mild humid environments; the black phosphorus model comes with its own lubrication, making the hammering process smooth, and it offers better cost-effectiveness in indoor dry environments.
