They are precisely forged from high-quality alloy steel and undergo overall quenching and tempering treatment. Product manufacturing process and quality

Using high-quality alloy steel raw materials specially designed for beef tendon, through multiple heat treatment processes, the material has strong toughness and is not prone to cracking. The entire set of matching bolts, nuts, and flat washers are uniformly processed, with consistent mechanical properties; the threads are precisely rolled, with tight engagement, and are not likely to slip or loosen under long-term stress. The surface can be treated for anti-corrosion as needed, resistant to moisture, acid and alkali corrosion, and can be used for a long time in outdoor and industrial corrosive environments. 

The construction adopts a tail-breaking type structure. After being tightened to the specified torque using special tools, the tail of the bolt will automatically break, eliminating the need for manual torque measurement. The tightening force standard is uniform, effectively avoiding human construction errors, and the connection stability is much better than that of ordinary bolts.
